Each individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method may be associated with only one rss999 Account. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate Account activity.
rss999 reserves the right to restrict Account registration or access from specific regions or jurisdictions at any time, in its sole discretion, where required by law or licensing conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rss999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rss999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
rss999 may require you to submit identity documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of residential address — at any stage of your Account's lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rss999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. rss999 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive Accounts or to close them, subject to applicable law and prior notification to the registered email address.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rss999 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests meeting verification requirements will be processed. Account closure does not affect any legally accrued rights.
rss999 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR. rss999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered Account holder.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. rss999 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, rss999 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. rss999 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds derived from Bonus credit may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. rss999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, abuse, or irregular betting patterns are suspected.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals at rss999 are denominated in PKR. rss999 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which rss999 accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses offered by rss999 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute less than 100% toward Wagering Requirement completion, as detailed per offer.
